About Enchanté by Grid

Enchanté is Grid Properties’ first signature project in Dubai, and the developer broke ground on it in July 2026. The building is designed around greenery rather than around a podium: the scheme includes roughly 500 sq m of open green space and around 100 trees across eight species, with landscaped courtyards and shaded seating at ground level, plus retail units.
