Mira publishes the payment terms for Trussardi Residences as 100% — full payment. There is no 60/40, no post-handover instalments, no three-year tail. You pay the price and you own the apartment.
Why a developer does this: it removes financing risk from the project and keeps the buyer profile to cash purchasers, which suits a small, 140-unit branded building rather than a thousand-unit tower.
What it means for you: this is not an entry-level off-plan product with a light deposit. Before you commit, ask us to confirm in writing the current terms for the specific unit — developers sometimes offer a structured alternative on remaining stock, and it is worth asking rather than assuming.
The published dates do not agree, and we will not pick one for you.
DLD also records the building at 36.17% complete, which tells you the registered January 2026 date has passed and the build is still some way off. Get the handover date written into your SPA and ask us for Mira’s current construction update before you plan anything around it.
