Phase 5 contains more than one tower. Amer Al Ghurair’s own website states that R5 was completed on schedule in 2025 and has gone through final inspections, authority approvals and unit handovers. The tower in this listing is R6, which is a different building in the same phase and is still under construction.
So if someone quotes you a handover that has already happened, check which tower they mean. Ask us to confirm the tower reference on your SPA before you pay anything.

Our records show Q3 2028. The Dubai Land Department registers Phase 5’s completion as 31 March 2025 — a date that has passed while the phase stands at 48.89% built. That registered date almost certainly relates to the phase’s original programme, and R5 has since been handed over while R6 continues.
Because the published dates do not line up, we will not give you a date we cannot stand behind. Get the handover date for tower R6 written into your SPA, and ask us for the developer’s current construction report.
Amer Al Ghurair publishes no payment schedule for this tower, so terms are on request and depend on the unit and the release. Ask Platinum Square for the developer’s written schedule rather than relying on a portal figure.
Living Legends is a seven-phase master community of towers and villas around a golf course in Wadi Al Safa 3. Buying into one phase means living beside the others, so their status matters. From the Dubai Land Department register:
