This is the question people arrive with, so here is the honest answer. Our current data shows Q4 2028. Azizi does not publish a completion date on its project page, and at the time of writing the project does not yet appear in the Dubai Land Department’s public project register — which is normal for a recently launched project but means there is no registered completion date to quote either.
So treat Q4 2028 as indicative. Before you reserve, ask us for the DLD project registration number, the escrow account and the handover date written into the SPA. We will get them from Azizi rather than quote you a portal.
Azizi’s own line for the project is “city living, beach feeling”, and that is not just copy. The development is arranged around a central beach pool with a shallow sand-style edge that works for adults and children, with a family BBQ area beside it.
